Forum Joining Incentives

Right now, here are the payment rates.

Programmer 4.00% (Until we get more, the percentage will always remain higher)
Artist (Character) 3.75%
Artists (Background) 3.50%
Bug Testing 2.75%
Plot/Script 3.00%
Music Composition 4.00%

That's out of how many profits we make. So if we manage to make 10,000 in profits... a programmer will make 400 dollars.
The money can be paid by Paypal or check. Not cash.

Now, here is the thing. For the purposes of getting people to join without telling them, everyone who has joined the forum gets an additional 0.5% pay increase for the first TWO paychecks.

Also, if you join the forum, you get first come first serve choices for characters...

Every time you go to the club meetings (from now on) you will receive a 0.05% pay increase for TWO paychecks every time we meet... (No you don't get paid at meetings, this is done outside of school in order to prevent loss of money)

Plus... if you manage to recruit someone who does work, you will receive 1.0% pay increase for the first 5 paychecks

Anyone who goes to emergency/out-of-school meetings will receive a 0.1% pay increase for the first TWO paychecks for each meeting...
